Refund & Returns Policy – Hiya’s Collection

At Hiya’s Collection, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.


 Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Return requests must be initiated by contacting our support team.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance (if mentioned)


 Replacement

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with product images.


 Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.


 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.


 Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
