  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (unless Cash on Delivery is offered locally).

3. Order & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines are mentioned in our Shipping Policy.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.

4. Returns & Cancellations

  • Please refer to our Cancellation & Returns Policy for conditions on returns, exchanges, and order cancellations.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
